Senior year is filled with many important decisions. Figuring out what you want to do next, where you want to go to college, your future career. For senior Heddie Heintzelman she is focusing on continuing to get her gains.
Heintzelman is extremely focused on her weightlifting journey and continuing to get bigger.
She has a max bench of 90 pounds, a max squat of 200 pounds, and a power clean of 115.
“I’m really passionate about the grind,” Heintzelman said. “I take a lot of pride in my weightlifting opportunities.”
She is constantly training so she can continue building more muscle and getting stronger to be the best version of herself that she can possibly be.
After school she works out for 1-2 hours every day at the Muncie Family YMCA
“It’s like blood, sweat and tears goes into everything I do in the weight room,” she says.
Heintzelman plans to attend the University of Dayton after she graduates but is undecided on a major.
“Their fitness center is just amazing,” she says. “My bros are there and I really just want to continue my journey and get stronger.”
In the future Heintzelman plans on being an entrepreneur and getting rich. She wants to be making six figures so she can give back to the community and charities.
In the future Heintzelman may join the military and serve her country .
“I want to be the best version of myself. I have something to prove and I want to prove it.”
